* To receive an invitation letter for VISA application, please follow the step below.
Step 1: Download the invitation letter request form and fill out the form accurately.
Step 2: Reattach the completed form and upload a copy of the passport.
* In order to receive a hard copy of the invitation letter and official documents, a requester should send USD 50 for postage to
  the Secretariat in advance.
* If you need to submit multiple applications together, please attach a compressed file(ZIP) for each upload item.
